TRAINING: CONFIDENCE. OWNERSHIP. SUCCESS
Goalkeeper development occurs through personalized instruction, maximum repetition and exposure to game-like situations. The goal is to have each participant enjoy herself, work hard, improve her skills, and have a better understanding of the game of lacrosse. Participation, especially as a goalkeeper, requires a personal commitment. That commitment is to become the best lacrosse player and teammate possible. Participation brings joy as well as disappointment, but it also provides opportunities for valuable life lessons. These experiences will develop strong character and integrity which remains throughout life.
